CEO Yoshiaki Hisaeda

He worked in the Management Consulting Division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the Deloitte Consulting Group company as well as a project manager of organization and HR consulting in Tomatsu Consulting Co., Ltd., the group company. In September 2004, he started HISAEDA CONSULTING Co.,Ltd. and became the CEO. He has extensive experience in consulting support for many corporations, public organizations, medical organizations, organizations and HR system (planning organization and HR strategies, career path system, Performance rating system, wage and bonus system, retirement system, and hiring). Also as a contract professor at educational foundation the Sanno Institute of Management, he conducts many training for management and performance evaluator in corporations and local government in all over Japan. Since 2009, he has been working as a contract professor for Chushokigyo University of Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation.　He studied mainly "organization theory" after receiving MBA from Kyushu University Graduate School.
