Effective training for learning the basics of management
In management training, they re-recognize the role of the administrator or managers in recent rapidly changing environment, and learn the way of management who can be the center of the workplace and exert for problem solving and goal achievement.
We can solve these problems;
- Lack of communication in workplace. The workplace is not stimulated.
- The role and responsibility of the administrator is not understood.
- They cannot trust the work to the subordinate employees even when they become management.
- They are overwhelmed with the work as a management and cannot plan for the future work.
The aims of Training for new managers
- Recognize the role and responsibility of the managers and basic principle of the management.
- Enhance the problem solving skills that is necessary to play the role of the manager.
- Learn how to carry on a smooth communication with the employees and acquire the skill and knowledge of motivation by role playing.

Motivating the employees and communication

Learn the basic structure of motivation for voluntarily contribution to the organization and goal setting by the employees instead of encouraged by managers. Experience the way of communication through role play and learn what kind of communication should be practiced in order to extract the consensus of the team and bring out the knowledge and creativity of the employees. |
