Learning the interview skill for smooth communication with the employees, HR development, and improving the organization.
They will learn about "discussions to build trusting relationships", "skills of questions", "steps of interviews", and "instruction planning for subordinate employees" through roles plays between evaluators.
We can solve these problems;
- Individual responsibilities are not reflected.
- The evaluators only talk instead of listening to the subordinate employees.
- The bosses are not recognizing or give complements to the subordinate employees.
- Employee retention rate is not good.
The aims of interview training for HR development
- As a leader with subordinate employees, understand the basic ways of thinking for motivating employees and develop human resources.
- Through role plays, learn the skills for smooth communication with employees, motivating the employees, and stimulating the workplace.

Direct boss is the only one who can interact with their employee during OJT, OFF-JT, and Self Development. They will center on OJT and learn about the basics of human resource development that connect 3 developmental activities coordinately. |

*The era of mass employment has past and human resources must be in small number and highly efficient. In order for that to happen, the communication between the boss and employees becomes an important key. In this training, we subject bosses who have subordinate employees and have them learn about HR development and basic ideas of communication as well as specific method to accomplish organizational goal. Also, it is a participatory program where they can learn and think through lecture on questioning skills and points of interviewing.
