What is a good goal and accountability
Practical training for people who are being rated for performance.

They will understand about the objectives and basic rules of performance evaluation. They will learn about "procedure for self-evaluation" and "problem solving in workplace" through lectures and discussions among evaluators.

We can solve these problems;

  • The general employees’ understanding and trust for the evaluation system is low.
  • The general employees’ do not understand how to set their goals.
  • There are many employees who do not feel the sense of accomplishment through work.
  • Subordinate employees only talk about themselves and not trying to understand the position of their boss.
  • Self-motivation of the general employees is low.

The aims of Training for people who are being rated for performance

Dissolve the preconception of performance rating and understand the meaning of performance rating correctly.

Understand the evaluator’s perspective and way of thinking and procedure of self-evaluation by experience the case practice of evaluation.
